Phase II: Better Installation Processes

Our 5 step system assures that nothing is missed and that we deliver on time, every time, exactly as promised.
1. Immediate Dry:
 

We know that when you decide to replace your roof, you need your leaks to stop right now, so we will give you free repairs until your roof is done.

 
2. Pre-engineering:
 

Every roof is completely pre-engineered right down to the smallest details before we begin construction. All materials for the entire project are ordered and delivered to the job site in advance so there will no interruptions in our work progress.

 
3. Superior Communications


  • An on site Pre-job Conference assures proper planning.
  • Weekly Project Meetings communicate job progress, review safety and other issues.
  • A Post-Job Conference and Inspection with the owner assures total satisfaction.

Better Workmanship:

We conclude each project with a Post-Job Conference & Walk Through with the owner to assure total satisfaction. We won't close out a project until the owner approves it in writing.

Roof leaks can't wait, so we will respond within two hours to emergency leaks and within 48 hours for routine leaks, 24/7.

 
3. No Nuisance Leaks:
 

36.5% of all leak calls our Service Department receives are not the roof itself leaking, but are caused by other items like HVAC units, drains, walls, ducts, etc. We'll help you stop these pesky leaks at no cost.
