Project
Manager Steve Chvala has been with Weather Shield
for over 14 Years. Starting at the company as a laborer
he worked his way up through the ranks. He worked as a
Project Lead-man, Foreman, Service Technician, Estimator,
and Finally a Project Manager. Steve is married with 3
children and 3 grandchildren.
Project
Manager Bill Hoisington has worked at Weather
Shield for 8 years. Starting as a laborer he quickly moved
up the corporate ladder. After working on a roof for only
a few months, he moved into the office as the Inventory
Manager. From there he transferred into the Estimating
& Design department. Finally, in 2001 Bill became
a project manager. Bill is happily married with 5 children
and 4 grandchildren.
Project
Manager David Sny has over 18 years experience
in commercial roofing. His experience includes working
as a foreman for a large commercial contractor in Detroit,
working as a quality assurance technician for Duro-Last
Inc., and running his own commercial contracting company.
Dave has been working with Weather Shield for 3 years.
